Monasterio de la recoleta

It was built by the Franciscan Order in 1648. This monastery has historical treasures: the library has more than 20 000 masterpieces, even from the 16th century. There is also a nice museum that presents objects in provenance from Amazonia; fauna, flora, etc. as well as two rooms of pre-Colombian art, housing objects from different races.
